SCOTT TAYLOR, MD
Physician
Dr. Scott Taylor is board certified Internal Medicine physician who provides a hands-on approach to treating his patients, focusing on the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, mutual respect, and partnering relationships with the patient and their family support system. Dr. Taylor knows his patients on a personal level and takes an active interest in their well-being that stretches beyond the healthcare setting. He’s fun and energetic personality provides a positive environment that promotes a state of well-being.
Dr. Taylor currently serves as the Chief of Internal Medicine for Idaho Falls Community Hospital while continuing his busy clinical practice. He earned his medical degree from Saba University and then completed an Internal Medicine residency program at the University of Utah Medical Center. Since completing residency, Dr. Taylor has continued to practice in the clinic and hospital setting, which allows him to provide personalized care for his patients no matter where life’s upsets might take them.
Dr. Taylor grew up in Lawrence, KS. His adventurous spirit and love of the outdoors brought him to Idaho, an area he knew was the perfect place to raise his family. He is an avid outdoorsman, with adventures that take him fishing, mountain biking and hiking all over the world.
BRADY COOK, MD
Physician
Dr. Cook grew up on the west side of Idaho Falls, and is a graduate of Skyline High School. He later attended the University of Utah, and graduated with his degree in biology in 1998. He then continued his education with the University of Utah
School of Medicine. Dr. Cook completed both his internship and his medical residency at the University of Utah Medical Center, specializing in Internal Medicine.
In addition, he has spent time as a part of the Howard Hughes Research Grant for 3rd dimension protein folding.
Dr. Cook enjoys camping, and fishing along the Snake River and loves taking the time to make new memories with his wife and their 9 children.
LUKE HAWS, DO
Physician
Dr. Luke Haws is a board certified Family Medicine physician, committed to providing patient-centered primary care. As a primary care physician, Dr. Haws is the first point of contact for all your healthcare needs. His approach to medicine focuses on a doctor-patient relationship that encourages open communication, fosters trust, and empowers patients to be active participants in their health through shared decision making. He strives to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that extends well beyond the office visit. As an advocate with your best interests in mind, Dr. Haws provides an environment where optimal outcomes can be achieved.
Dr. Haws earned his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine in 2010, and completed a Family Medicine residency at the nearby University of Kansas Medical Center. Following residency, Dr. Haws was selected to continue on at the University of Kansas as an Associate Professor and attending physician, training medical students and residents in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. At the same time, he oversaw a multi-specialty team of nursing, physical therapy, pharmacy, social work, and medical students. His experience training young physicians and a team of students from various medical fields fortified Dr. Haws' multidisciplinary approach to caring for patients.
Dr. Haws is an Idaho native. He graduated from Idaho State University where he met and married his wife, Bryn Haws. Having similar career goals, Luke and Bryn completed their undergraduate and medical school training together. Dr. Bryn Haws became a Pathologist and works for Pathology Associates in Idaho Falls. Together they are the proud parents of 3 beautiful, busy boys. As a family, they love backpacking, backcountry skiing, and mountain biking and are happy to call Eastern Idaho home.
TIFFANY COUGHENOUR, PA
Physician Assistant
Tiffany Coughenour, PA-C is a licensed board certified physician assistant. Tiffany has been part of the EIMC team for over fifteen years. She has exceptional rapport with her patients and provides high quality patient care. Tiffany maintains a close relationship with her patients, nurtured by trust and compassion.
Before joining the EIMC team, Tiffany worked as a physician assistant in an endocrinology clinic, with a special focus on osteoporosis and diabetes. While her primary responsibility was patient centered care and management of chronic disease, she also found time to participate in several research studies related to Type I and Type II diabetes mellitus. She has continued her focus of diabetes throughout her career, providing excellent care for her large panel of diabetic patients.
Tiffany received her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from Idaho State University in 1994. She continued her education at ISU, earning her Physician Assistant degree in 1998. Tiffany was a stand-out student with a passion for primary care. She is a life-long learner and continues to extend her medical education by active participation in several professional associations, including the American Association of Physician Assistants and the Idaho Medical Association.
Tiffany was born and raised in nearby Wyoming and has called Eastern Idaho home for many years. She is the proud mother of two amazing and energetic daughters, who keep her busy with their many outdoor adventures.
NAGLAA BARELSKI, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Naglaa Bargelski, PA-C is a licensed board certified physician assistant and certified DOT examiner. She has been part of the EIMC team for over three years. She shares responsibility for supporting the medical staff caring for the patients at Promontory Point rehabilitation center and patients at the Prescription Center pharmacy.
With over 25 years of medical experience she has extensive knowledge and background that is recognized by her patients. She provides quality patient care and follow up.
Naglaa received her Bachelors in Medicine and Surgery from the School of Medicine at Cairo University and followed this with a speciality in Clinical Pathology. She was the director overseeing operations for a clinical pathology laboratory managing 80 technicians. After relocating to the United States she pursued her education at Idaho State University, earning her Physician Assistant degree. Following graduation Naglaa worked in urgent care facilities throughout Eastern Idaho.
Naglaa is a lifelong learner and continues to extend her medical education by active participation in several professional associations, including the American Association of Physician Assistants.
Naglaa was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt to physician and pharmacist parents. She is fluent in Arabic, English, and some Spanish. Idaho winters are not her favorite but she enjoys gardening in the summer, cooking, baking, playing the piano, and card games especially cribbage. She is often recognized by her unique last name "Bargelski" due to her Father-in-law's Navy carrier and as a famous western artist for Duck's Unlimited, known for his paintings of the Tetons and wildlife. Her husband Chris is a lifelong resident of Idaho Falls, acquired his degrees from ISU and is a Senior Engineer in Information Technology.
